Gandhi House beats Theresa House
The campus of St. Peter’s English Medium School came alive with cheers and excitement as the House-wise Football Tournament 2025 officially kicked off this week. The grand inauguration ceremony, held yesterday, marked the beginning of an electrifying sporting season filled with energy, teamwork, and school spirit.
The tournament was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Sikha Kumar, CMF, the Chief Guest of the event, who encouraged the young players to uphold the values of discipline and fair play. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Rev. Fr. Regi, CMF, the Manager, Rev. Fr. Martin Joseph, the Principal, and Bro. Anzil Thomas, whose inspiring words added enthusiasm and motivation to the participants.
The opening match saw an intense face-off between Gandhi House (Yellow) and Theresa House (Green). Both teams showcased outstanding talent and determination, setting a thrilling tone for the tournament. After a gripping game, Gandhi House clinched victory, earning the first win of the season and setting high expectations for the matches ahead.
